4. SMS Consent & Opt-Out
SMS consent is captured through an unchecked-by-default checkbox on our opt-in page. We record the consent text version, timestamp, IP address, and page URL for each opt-in. You may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to any message, after which you will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages from us.
5. Data Retention
Consent logs are retained for the duration of the SMS program plus 7 years for carrier and regulatory audit purposes. Transactional records (RFQs, orders) are retained per our standard accounting and compliance schedule.
6. Security
We apply industry-standard technical and organizational controls, including TLS-encrypted transport, access controls, and audit logging. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; please notify us immediately at carl.spana@palatinpeptides.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
7. Third-Party Service Providers
We use a small set of vetted processors to operate the service (cloud hosting, SMS delivery aggregators, email). These providers act under contract and may process personal information only as necessary to deliver the contracted service. SMS delivery is performed by carrier aggregators subject to 10DLC registration requirements.
8. Your Rights
